In this process of building rehabilitation, the aim was to preserve its historical and architectural charm, while respecting the construction systems of that era. Simultaneously, a new annex building was created for its expansion using current construction systems. The architectural design has successfully integrated both structures harmoniously, combining traditional elements with contemporary details. The rehabilitation has resulted in a renewed and versatile space that meets modern standards of efficiency and sustainability. This project stands out as an exemplary showcase of how architecture can preserve the identity of a place while giving it a new purpose and functionality.
