This project seeks to take advantage of the light and climate of Almería to create a community environment surrounded by nature. Inspired by traditional Andalusian architecture of corral houses and adapted to contemporary needs, this multi-family building offers a different option for tranquility in the heart of the city.
The building aims to maximize the entry of natural light and provide spacious and comfortable spaces, both in housing and in common areas. The façade, a play of volumes and openings, creates a pattern of light and shadow that changes throughout the day, reflecting the dynamics of the city.
